Smart Quote is the heart of Velosity and a truly unique feature that offers dramatic speedup in time required to quote a product along with fewer (to none) errors because of the automation.
Products
Each of the top level products you sell to customers that are configured would have its own Smart Quote setup. A Smart Quote product can be created from scratch as shown here. It can also be duplicated from an existing and then edited (will be used more often).
Each Product has: - Attributes - Pages - Rules - Item Mapping - Documents
Validate
These views (one product or all products) show the results of validation of all Smart Quote setups (attributes, rules, tasks, items) for all products. The validation results for each product are shown. When problems are found, links to the specific rule will be shown for quick access and resolution of the problem.
