Service - Tickets

Service Tickets provide a way to associate serial numbers and customers when products are returned from service. Each Ticket can have one or more serial numbers attached to it. A serial number can have a Sales (Repair) Quote or Sales (Repair) Order associated with it.

Service Tickets can be imported via a text file in TAB format. The column names are not case sensitive, but otherwise must match. The order is not important.

  • Number
  • CustomerID
  • Customer (Customer is looked up by Name if CustomerID is missing)
  • TicketLineItemID
  • ItemID
  • ItemNumber (Item is looked up by Number if ItemID is missing)
  • WarrantyStart
  • WarrantyEnd
