Integrations

The Integrations page allows administrators to configure connections between Velosity and external service providers, such as payment processors. Once an integration is configured here, it becomes available for selection in other parts of the system (e.g., CPQ Settings).

To access integrations, navigate to Setup > Integrations.


Supported Integrations

Velosity supports the following types of integrations:

Payment Processors

These integrations enable secure credit card processing and automated status updates for Sales Orders.

  • Helcim: PCI-compliant payment processing. Requires an account and API credentials from Helcim.
  • Stripe: (Supported) Global payment platform.
  • CardConnect: (Supported) Integrated payment solution.
  • HighGear: (Supported) No-code workflow automation. Requires ClientID and Client Secret. See HighGear Integration for details.

Configuring an Integration

To setup a new integration:

  1. Navigate to Setup > Integrations.
  2. Select the desired provider from the list of available integrations.
  3. Enter the required credentials (e.g., API Keys, Account IDs, or Secrets) provided by the service provider.
  4. Toggle the Status to Active to enable the integration.
  5. Click Save.

[!TIP] Always perform a test transaction (using test credentials or a sandbox account) before moving an integration to production.

After configuring a payment processor integration, you must select it as the active processor in CPQ Settings to enable it for Sales Orders.
