How to Convert a Sales Quote to a Sales Order

This tutorial walks you through converting a Sales Quote into a Sales Order in just a few steps.

1. Change Status from DRAFT to RELEASED

  1. Open the Sales Quote you want to convert.
  2. Locate the Status field.
  3. Change the status from DRAFT → RELEASED.

This action creates the Sales Order.

2. If finalized, change the Sales Order Status from DRAFT to RELEASED

  1. Open the newly created Sales Order.
  2. Verify all details are correct.

Your Sales Quote is now fully converted into a Sales Order and released for processing.
