Advanced Filtering (Slicers)

The Customers List provides advanced filtering capabilities, referred to as Slicers, to help you quickly narrow down large datasets based on geographical, industry, or custom criteria.

Available Filters

You can slice the customer list using the following criteria:

  • Verticals: Filter by industry segment (e.g., Aerospace, Automotive, Medical).
  • Regions: Filter by geographical region.
  • Countries: Filter by specific country codes.
  • Attributes: Filter by custom Attributes assigned to customers.
  • Payment Terms: Filter customers based on their assigned credit or payment terms.
  • Source: Filter by the data source (e.g., Manual, ERP Sync).

Using Slicers

The Slicer interface is located on the main Customers list page.

  1. Click on a filter category (e.g., "Vertical").
  2. Select a specific value from the list.
  3. The page will refresh, showing only the customers that match your selection.
  4. Active filters are displayed in the page header, allowing you to see your current "slice" of the data at a glance.

Clearing Filters

To see all records again, you can set the slicer value back to ANY or clear your cookies, as Velosity remembers your last used slicer settings for convenience.
